Renovation in Whissendine Rutland

The present owner of this beautiful Northampton limestone cottage in Wissendine in Rutland required general updating and modernisation.

A small extension to the side of the house made way for a downstairs cloakroom and study.

Then a new kitchen and bathroom were installed along with a hand built oak staircase.

The final finishes were completed with a total redecoration and new fitted wardrobes.

The result is a fantastic weekend home for the busy clients that they can now sit back and enjoy.
