Blackstone were asked to create a large living space and kitchen are suitable for the very soon due new arrival for this young couple in East Goscote Leicestershire. The main brief was for a light airy space with lots of glass looking onto the lovely rear garden with a lovely feature pond and sitting area.

The house was constructed back in the seventies, however the clients wanted a contempory feel with room to play for the new arrival, this is going to be created by removing the old external back wall of the house to open up onto the new extension, creating a lovely large living area
